Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a separate written agreement applies. The app is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under that license.
Harmonic Detective is a general-purpose image-analysis and visualization tool. It is provided for technical and educational use. It does not produce certified forensic findings, medical diagnoses, or legal conclusions, and it makes no claim of evidentiary admissibility.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Slick Engineering & Consulting, Inc. does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slick Engineering & Consulting, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
